About Extra Virgin Olive Oil

When olives are pressed quickly after picking, fresh extra virgin olive oil is a healthy, good-tasting alternative to many other fats. We pick and press our olives within a 24 hour period. We then bottle and get the oil to you as quickly as possible so you get a much fresher product than oil bottled and shipped from overseas. Unlike wine, the sooner you use the oil, the better. You want to store it in a cool dark area and open it within 18-24 months. It’s freshest when used within one month of opening.
